Suites & Residences

Two hundred rooms,
one New Town address.

Every suite at the Lantern House sits within the townhouse row and a stair from the casino floor — so an evening at the tables ends with a lantern-lit landing, not a taxi.

A good casino hotel is judged by how easily you can stop for the night. At the Lantern House, the casino and the rooms share one townhouse row: play blackjack, roulette or a late hand of poker, then climb a stair to a suite with the New Town rooftops at the glass.

The 210 suites run from a New Town King to the corner Lantern Suite, each kept to the proportions of the original Georgian rooms. Below them, the casino floor, six kitchens and a whisky den mean a two-night stay can hold as much play — or as much rest — as you like.

The Stay

Made for the
long evening.

A whisky den, a spa under the eaves, six kitchens and a casino floor that never hurries you — everything at the Lantern House is arranged so a two-night stay feels like a proper Edinburgh escape, with the tables always a stair away.

Rates are illustrative of a five-star New Town casino-hotel concept; the Lantern House is a fictional venue, so no bookings are taken on this site and no real-money play happens online.
